So, to check out what everybody is playing at the moment, please keep posting here, classic and modern systems smile

I don't have too much time to play right now, due to a lot of work in my company and moderating this forum (LOL), but when I have some free minutes, I always like to play a game of Pickaxe Pete, my favorite Videopac game. I always play game #6 smile

Then I am planning a MAME arcade, will hopefully get an arcade machine from AtariBuff in January or February and will connect my PC to the machine. So I downloaded MAME and played Galaga, Moon Patrol, 1942 and Wonder Boy recently on my PC, these are some of my favorite arcade games. Big fun!!!

Also (thankfully) plenty of work waiting for me at the offices.

Bought Little Big Planet for the PS3. Damn nice game and the begin of a huge merchandise for sure. They have created another winner and money maker for the 3.

Also tried to connect the CreatiVision to my new Sony Bravia LCD TV but I can't get a picture when plugging it into the Coax connector (i.e. can't find a channel, no AV selectable on the remote). This modern stuff seems to overtake me left and right. I'm getting old. Yell

Yeah, those modern TV sets suck Tongue out

I remember having a similar issue, can't remember which console it was, but I couldn't tune it in on my LCD TV. Tried it on my old CRT TV set and it worked fine ...

Playing "Tomb Raider-Anniversary" for the PS2 right now.It really reminds me of the first adventure of Lara I played with my SEGA Saturn console.On the PC I spend my time with "American Conquest-Divided Nation" and "Penumbra", some older titels already, but still fun to play.

Regarding retro-games I bought a lot of cartridges for my Colecovision system in the last months which I am now playing sometimes.Titles like "Bump`n´Jump", "Montezumas Revenge" and "Gyruss".

Not to forget Intellivision with my "Cuttle Cart 3"Wink.Always a pleasure to switch between all the games with just one cartridge. A great product for fans produced by Chad Schell.

Mainly playing PCE at the moment: Bomberman '94, Detana! Twinbee, Galaga `88, Salamander, Sokoban World, Volfiev, etc.  Right now I need games which you also can play for only a few minutes... Puzzle & Shooter.

Dieter, unfortunately I haven´t any doubles at the moment.Actually I am looking for single games I do not have.These are mostly rare titels right now, which are getting very pricey on auctions like "Boulder Dash" or "Dragonfire".

Will keep you informed about Colecovision offers in the future.

which games i play recently...hm

i have to disappoint you, i don´t play retrogames very often :-(

we had a LAN party lately in fürth (bavaria) and we played errr... unreal tournament, motocross madness, il sturmovik, flat-out, blobby volley, serious sam

most of the games are from 1998-2000 so it was amost retro gaming :-)

immer in bewegung bleiben!

it´s just 5-6 of my friends and me playing i don´t go to big LAN parties .

we do LAN parties since 1999 i guess and that is always a lot of fun.

in the end thank god i finished playing world of warcraft that really stole my time..

by the way it was because of the LAN parties i started collecting classic machines. we once had the idea to built a special LAN room and we decided to also display a few of the old consoles and that´s why i began to search the internet for classic consoles. the rest is history ;-)

immer in bewegung bleiben!

it is more than interesting , it is really captivating

unfortunately the creator ALex H had big health issues so the game is not entirely finished or sold on cart...
