Hi all!

first post here, only just found this forum while searching for info on the 1292 consoles.

On sunday I bought a Prinztronic Tournament 2000 console with the Grad Prix 1004 cart for £1 from a car boot sale. It works a treat with my Atari VCS power Supply, lovely crisp picture and both sticks work fine, brilliant!

Now I am trying to find some games for the old dinosaur, can someone tell me what is compatible with this unit? For example there are a few Acetronic carts up on fleabay, one is Invaders that says OK for the Prinztronic but I'm not convinced after reading the posts here & the 1292 FAQ, there seem to be a huge number of imcompatible variants.

So can you folks tell me what games I can use & what I can't?

Cheers!

Chris

hi

The system your got is a pong cartridge system

look under pong in the forums

pong cartridge guide

cartridge pong systems

I've got one prinztronic tournament 2000

Stunt cycle 2003

superstar 2001

the size of the cartridge Prinztronic (13,5 x 10,4 x 2,2 cm):

the cartridges for the 1292 and 1392  i.e Acetronic mpu 1000 and mpu 2000 ,prinztronic vc 6000, radofin 1292 are not compatible with the prinztronic tournament 2000

take a look at http://www.classic-consoles-ce.....res/page-4

there are picture of an Acetronic cartridge in gray and a prinztronic tornament 2000

cartridge in black you can see the difference

as adrian knowen as pongman put the pictures on for me.

I think the prinztronic micro 5500 are the same ?

OK thanks for the info, I really thought I had a 1292 here.

Never the less this is a interesting system & you can't argue for a £1.

Cheers!

Chris
