I've spend the evening with testing some Interton stuff and played Come Frutas (TRQ 7 and Palson 16) Beside the fact that the game doesn't have dots I would call it Pac-Man:

Interesting thing is also, that the TRQ and Palson versions are different. The second screen can't be found in the TRQ version. The Palson version offers more than ten different modes, TRQ only eight...

Well, you guide Pac-Man through a maze and you're hunted by ghosts. If you eat pills the ghost get blue and you can eat them. The difference is that you're only after the fruits and there are no dots...
