Perhaps he has some copies left. Unfortunately IntelligentVision has stopped producing Intellivision games.

Wow, so those two Activision games must be really ultra rare. It's a pity that they didn't make more of them. It was for sure a lot of work and costed a lot to make those overlays, boxes and manuals.
I don't collect homebrews for any system except for Videopac. But I am always very interested in old prototypes that are released complete with manual and box as they would have been back then

LOL, that is just plain crazy. I really wonder why some people make their releases in such low quantities. For the "main" systems like Intelliivision, Colecovision and Videopac you can sell easily 100 copies of a title.
So what's the sense in making such low quantities? It's just pulling people a lot of money out of the pocket when those games are listed on ebay. I don't get it ...

I bought all of this games, but it seems that was not good enough to get this "special offer".

Here ist the scan of the article:
It´s taken from Happy Computer 10/1985, in this issue also the Amiga (1000) was presented.
The article is an interview with Activision designers Russel Lieblich and Peter Kaminski.
It tells how the two have met, what they did at Mattel and Activision and on wich games they have worked.
Very interesting is the part that the prototype of Master of the Lamps was for the Intellivision. Russel Lieblich says: I still own the cartridge, you can have it for 500.000 Dollar.
Of cause this is what we know as League of Light and what was found later together with other prototypes on a dump.
The gameplay of League of Light and Master of the Lamps ist allmost the same.
First stage is a kind of Simon game where you have to remember the correct row of Sound and Colours. And the second stage is a 3D flying stage.
Since I´ve read this article I always dreamed to get hand on this game.
It took nearly 20 years until I could play it on a real Intellivision by using a Intellicart.

Dear Intymike,
the story you posted is very interesting, I've already discovered the truth about Master of the lamps - league of the light (interviewing Glynn Anderson, you can check this in the lost games guide), but I couldn't get confirmation from Lieblich himself, as he died some years ago.
I thank you very much for this!
