I fired up the ColecoVision yesterday and tried a few games (my Activison H.E.R.O. cartridge is the only one that won't function but I got it that way from a nice ebay seller) like Donkey Kong, Lady Bug, Frontline and Mr. Do! and in some games I really got mad at that damn controllers. I like them more than the Intellivision Wheelies but thank the gods that someone invented the... joystick

I am with you guys. I think people who had an Intellivision or Colecovision back then got used to those controllers by playing with them a lot over the years. I didn't have one of those systems in those days, so I have my problems too today. Not sure if I will ever get used to them.
That Champ adapter looks sure cool! Is this a vintage item or was it developed these days?
