yeah, I got them when ColecoVision prices were affordable. BUT at the moment one can see that money sits tight in the US of A - not too many bidders, no totally exorbitant bids.

Wow, I think I have never seen a box for this one. Did Telegames make the box or is it an "original" Parker box?

Dieter, it looks like an original box to me.Most Colecovision stuff from Telegames were simple made b/w copy boxes at this time.So it was pure luck to get such an original rarity.

This is really extremely rare then, I envy you!! wink

Do you know if all Colecovision games exist with "normal" cardboard boxes? There are some titles that can only be found in those ugly video cases with ugly photocopied manuals.

Those ugly video cases and photocopied manuals are defintely from Telegames´ own stock.Every official Colecovision game should have a "normal" box.

I just bought some games on eBay with original boxes, but strange photocopied german manuals. These were produced in Berlin by a store called "CBS-Telespielshop Berlin".Here you can see an example:

Ok, thanks guys, so I know that I can (theoretically) find every Colecovision game also in a normal cardboard box. The Telegames stuff really sucks.

Yes, I know that "CBS-Telespieleshop Berlin". I think it was soon after I started collecting in the mid-90s when I got a catalog from that shop. They had Colecovison games at horrendous prices. Do you know more about that shop? Maybe he bought the remains of a Coleco warehouse in the USA and added his own German instructions?

nice one, that Canadian Gyruss. They could have simply released the international versions there but decided to print extra boxes for that market.

That´s a typical canadian style,Reinhard.Even the casual Intellivision games (Mattel Electronics) had their own bilingual variants for the canadian market.
