I always wondered, and I discussed that also with AtariBuff when driving home from Eurocon in Karlsruhe: How was it possible for Quelle to sell rip-offs of games from other companies through their mail order catalog?

Quelle was already a giant company in the Eighties. Why did nobody sue them? They sold their rip-offs right beside the originals from Atari, Imagic, etc.
