These are the only titles for the Intellivision system:

There was another Pac-Man release from INTV Corporation however:

All in all Atari planned to release 14 title for the Intellivision. It's really a pity that only those three saw the light of day. Would have been very interesting to see the others.

From my Atarisoft FAQ:

70251 Pac-Man R Small box. Box little worn.
70252 Defender R Small box.
70253 [Do not assign] NR Original title cancelled.
70254 Centipede R Small box.
70255 Jungle Hunt NR Cancelled. Unfinished. 85% complete.
70256 Joust NR Cancelled. Unfinished.
70257 Moon Patrol NR Cancelled.
70258 Pole Position NR Cancelled. Unfinished.
70259 Missile Command NR Cancelled.
70260 Galaxian NR Cancelled. Unfinished.
70261 Ms. Pac-Man NR Cancelled.
70262 Battlezone NR Cancelled.
  70263 Vanguard NR Cancelled.
70264 Dig Dug NR Cancelled. Rel by INTV Corp in 1987.

It seems that one title (70253) has been cancelled already in a very early stadium, I'd love to know which title it was. The rest was probably cancelled later, coding had even started on some games (see list).

Would like to add a pic of "Dig Dug" as it was released by INTV Corp. in 1987:

The programmer Mark Kennedy put in a hidden game called "Deadly Dogs".You only can activate this program by pressing the numbers 4 and 7 simultaneously on both controllers and the RESET switch.

That´s what I´ve found on the “Intellivision Lives” site:

INTV Corp. bought the remaining inventory of Pac-Man cartridges after Atari stopped distributing them. Sales were still strong enough that when the stock ran out in the mid-1980s, INTV bought the software rights from Atari, relicensed the game from Namco and manufactured new cartridges, removing the Atari logo from the game's title screen and packaging.

could the unnamed cancelled title be... Asteroids? Would be a logic conclusion.

Would be logical, on one side ...

... on the other side: looking at my Atarisoft master list - Asteroids has not been released for ANY system except for Ataris. Which is quite interesting. Why???

So there are two completely different versions of Pole Position for the Intellivision? Surprised

Why did they program a second version? Weren't they satisfied with the first version?
